Reasons you shouldn’t work with me
Although I love helping people, my services might NOT be right for you and here is why...

Are you looking to hire a Facebook ads specialist? Maybe you’re wanting to outsource your ads as you don’t have time to work on them and you need some specialist support. If that’s the case, a Facebook ads specialist could help.

I’ve helped a wide range of clients improve their return on ad spend with my focused paid social media management service and although I love helping people, my services might NOT be right for you.

I know that might surprise you, after all, shouldn’t I be telling you I can help everyone??

If I did, I’d be lying, the truth is that my services are not right for everyone.

My paid social media support services can only be successful if I work with the right businesses with the right mindset and this is why I decided to write this article.

Below I’ve broken down the main reasons you might NOT see success with Facebook advertising.

I’ve also explained what you can do instead that will help you get better results if you do end up working with me in the future.

1. You aren’t willing to work on your customer journey

Achieving more sales and leads for your business takes time and hard work and Facebook ads are no different. You need to be willing to spend time working on your business as well as in it.

It is so important to review the journey a customer takes with you before turning on the Facebook ad taps at the top. All of the incremental improvements you can make to their experience with you once they see an ad will both increase the chance of them buying from you or working with you, and also telling their connections about you.

How to fix this

The clients who see the best results using my Facebook ads management focus on the customer and how they can create a seamless journey for them. Walk in your customer’s steps, and make a note of how you can improve each touchpoint with you on their journey from finding out about you to buying from you.

2. You expect results straight away

Of course, I aim to meet your business objectives using Facebook ads as soon as I can, but it can take time to optimise them fully. Testing, tweaking and refining are at the heart of a good Facebook ads strategy. I will test different audiences, ad creatives, placements, and ad copy and this takes weeks not days.

How to fix this

A bit of patience is required. I will confirm a strategy to test for the Facebook ad campaign and identify a process of testing. Facebook needs time to learn how to optimise the ads before we look at the data to make any adjustments. Reporting has just gotten slightly harder following the IOS 14 updates, and we will need to use a variety of data sources to inform how we optimise the strategy.

3. Your products or services aren’t selling organically

If you are not selling any of your products or services organically then ads will not solve your problem. Ads will amplify what is happening in your business.

How to fix this

Before you start to run ads make sure that you have done your market research and there is demand for what you are offering. The last thing I would want is for you to waste money on ads trying to sell something there just isn’t enough demand for.

What’s next for you?

So there you have it, those are some key reasons you might not achieve results with Facebook ads. It’s really important that you know what they are so you can have a realistic expectation of what it takes to get results.

If you are reading this and you are prepared to work on your customer journey, there is demand for your product or service and you have some patience, then why not get in touch.

After asking you a few key questions, I can establish whether or not my social media management service is right for you. I look forward to speaking to you!
