How 1:1 training helped Create Seven to create their first Facebook ad campaign

Create Seven wanted to raise awareness of some local nature events in the community. They approached me to help them gain a better understanding of how to use Facebook advertising to achieve this.

What We Did

Challenges

Create Seven were keen to develop an campaign for a series of local nature events, but they didn’t know where to start with Facebook advertising. They had a limited budget and didn’t want to waste their money boosting a post. They really wanted to know where to start to make the campaign as effective as possible for them. Facebook advertising had seemed like a dark art to them so they needed some guidance on how to navigate their way around Facebook ad manager and then how to create an effective ad campaign.

Strategy

I chatted through their needs in an initial discovery call and put together a comprehensive proposal. I spent two focused ‘power hours’ with them to teach them everything they needed to get started with Facebook advertising. In the first session I took them through the anatomy of a great Facebook ad and how to create a Facebook ad in ads manager. In the second session we created an ad together to embed their initial learning from the first session.

The Results

The client now feels very confident to use Facebook advertising to help to grow their business offering and is able to refer back to the recordings of the bespoke session to support the team’s understanding of the data and analytics available once their first advert is launched.

Testimonial

‘Working with Sarah has been a pleasure from start to finish. Her friendly and supportive demeanour meant that asking questions felt comfortable and she was able to intersperse her obvious wealth of knowledge with some personal hints and tips. I now feel confident in navigating Facebook Business Manager and in launching our first campaign. I am sure that the information and insight Sarah has provided will support our social media strategy for a long time to come.’
